With Listdom Subscriptions Add-on you can have paid listing functionality. You define the packages in the admin area and the users buy those packages from the Listdom dashboard and then add listings based on their package policies.

Packages and Subscriptions
As soon as you install the Listdom Subscriptions Add-on the Packages and Subscriptions menus will add to the Listdom menu and you can define packages as simple as a WordPress post. Also in the Subscriptins menu you can see the people that ordered packages or you can create a package for them manually.

Listdom has a great step by step documentation which explain everything in order to have a great website like the Listdom demo with some simple click. In order to have a complete website you just need to follow the documentations and import dummy data.
